About me

The Practice I am a multidisciplinary artist, designer, and facilitator of processes of inquiry and healing. My body of work operates at the intersection of ancient crafts, body, material, ritual action, and space. Ranging from sculptural objects to performance and immersive installations, I seek to touch upon rooted and primordial qualities, formulating a language of rhythms and living time.

Creation begins with an investigation of the material itself. I engage in a unique practice of spatial, off-loom weaving, developing three-dimensional mechanisms that explore physical forces like gravity and tension. Using raw materials and fibers, I investigate craft as a ritual practice: repetitive bodily actions as weaving, unraveling, knotting—become actions that bridge the physical and the spiritual. These gestures allow me to echo biological rhythms and the polar movements of existence.

Roots & Philosophy My research is deeply rooted in three main axes of inspiration. The first is my training in Focusing (Focusing-Oriented Therapy), through which I investigate how materials and words resonate internally to generate a "Felt Sense." The second is my background growing up in a family of artisans, where I absorbed embodied Knowledge of craft—an understanding that material practice shapes consciousness, identity and morality. This was further deepened during a transformative journey to South America, where I learned traditional techniques from indigenous communities and experienced craft as a connecting medium, revealing the deep bond between material, spirit, and human connection.

The Experience In my work, the object acts as a living trace of action. I create liminal spaces designed to contain the body or echo its presence, inviting the viewer to a somatic experience of dwelling, subtle listening, and inner reflection. Recently, writing has become an integral layer of my work, weaving words into the material syntax to further articulate this somatic experience.
